What does the programme aim to achieve?

“Resilience emerges from multiple processes. It’s not one trait; it’s not one thing. There are many different systems that contribute.
And those are what I call “ordinary magic.”

The Healthy Work Resilience Programme aims to educate your teams on all of the different systems that lead to your individuals’ resilience – leading to a more resilient workplace.  These can be accessed via our interactive webinar or face-to-face training programme, in large group talks or on videos (with some available as eLearning SCORM files).

Our programme starts with an introduction to wellbeing and resilience which covers the pillars of staying mentally and physically well and those aspects of resilience that have been mostly driven by research – self-efficacy, goal orientation, adaptability and human connection.

The programme then looks in more detail at aspects of staying mentally and physically resilient some of which will be highly relevant to your workforce, dependent on the nature of work and the demographic. We can run all of these or a selection.
