What does the programme aim to achieve?

“Resilience emerges from multiple processes. It’s not one trait; it’s not one thing. There are many different systems that contribute. And those are what I call “ordinary magic.”

The Healthy Work Resilience Programme aims to educate your teams on all of the different systems that lead to your individuals’ resilience – leading to a more resilient workplace.  These can be accessed in the best way to suit you.

Whilst in general, these are led as webinars and are delivered as a programme starting with an introduction to wellbeing and resilience, we can also deliver them face-to-face, for example, as part of your company meeting.

  • Small group interactive workshops with breakout rooms
  • Large group talks with Q and A at the end

Videos – these can be as part of our vault, or we can supply you with files for your intranet. Some of these are animated and some are available as SCORM files for your Learning Management System (LMS).

As uncertainty, disruption and fear from the pandemic takes its toll on millions of workers around the world we know that anxiety particularly is on the rise.
