This programme can be delivered as an exam-based qualification with Highfield

What does the programme aim to achieve?

In this extraordinarily stressful time, the value of great management is more important than ever. With the ever-present physical consequences of this global pandemic, comes the mental health implications of stress, fear, and uncertainty.

As managers, your job is to help your teams navigate a course through this challenge that safeguards their own mental health and your own and we know this isn’t easy.

The Healthy Work Manager Programme comes with a manual for managers, but also with this useful quick reference guide for a conversation with someone struggling.

This highly practical programme is very interactive requiring cameras and mics on and will raise your manager’s capacity and confidence in dealing with this potentially tricky topic.
