ENABLING THRIVING CULTURES
When you consider building a wellbeing strategy, it needs to be holistic and integrated into the way you do business. We support with the pro-active elements of this. You also need to consider reactive measures such as EAP, Occupational Health or online GP provision.
Managing wellbeing proactively means:
- Finding out what your employees think and seeking solutions to stressors
- Peer to peer (e.g. MHFA)
- Individual resilience and wellbeing
- Providing ongoing resources e.g access to our Vault
We can help with both assessment and training. When it comes to assessment, we will start with the data points you already have available and work with you to see where additional information would support you. When it comes to training, we help you build your training needs analysis (link to our sheet)
There is always a requirement to make sure your Board is on Board and we can support with this through a facilitated session, working with you to make sure that your strategy is bought into.
We create a flexible, autonomous environment which sets our people up for success. Our processes allow us to focus on the best delivery possible, through the most appropriate trainer, adapted to the audience. Our people are aligned with our values on mental health. They are curious, engaging, service driven and trustworthy.
