What does the COURSE aim to achieve?

Menopausal women make up the fastest growing demographic in the workplace and 1 in 4 consider leaving their positions due to symptoms such as brain fog, lack of confidence and increased inferiority complex 

This course aims to build an understanding of the menopause.  What it is, who it impacts and potential impact in the workplace. It also aims to demystify something which impacts everyone at some point.  Partners, Children, Colleagues, Family members.
