What does the COURSE aim to achieve?

Workplaces are increasingly looking at a flexible and hybrid model of work moving forward.

The challenge is to make the best of what home working can provide – for the individual and the organisation and to ensure we avoid some of the trip hazards – like lack of boundaries between home and work, lack of creative meetings, and poor communication; as well as ensuring teams are able to work safely and comfortably from home without impacting their physical and mental health.
