Could ISO 45003 help us with our approach to wellbeing?

As a professional responsible for wellbeing you will know that any cultural change needs leading from the top and a standards-based approach means you have to get strategic buy in from your senior team for your strategy.  If your organisation is one which appreciates standards as an approach to management,  then the approach suggested by the new wellbeing standard, ISO 45003 provides not only a language your senior managers and project managers will be familiar with, but it also will cause you as an organisation to look at all the mechanisms you have for collecting risks to wellbeing around your organisation.

If you would like to talk further about how HWC can help you with 45003, specifically with the SMT engagement piece on mental health awareness, their role in creating a culture of wellbeing then please drop me a line or give me a call.

You can buy the standard through us here.
